Terms governing high-value gold bullion purchases, bespoke crafting, and insured international shipments.
1. Dynamic Bullion Price Adjustments
All Ekoo products constructed with 18K gold, 22K gold, or 925 sterling silver reflect real-time spot bullion market valuation on the date and time of order confirmation. Once payment is authorized, product pricing is locked for the client regardless of subsequent market fluctuations.
2. BIS Hallmarking & Weight Tolerances
Every gold and silver item dispatched by Ekoo Originals bears official Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) hallmarking with a unique HUID code. Hand-carved items may feature a tiny weight variance (+/- 1.5%) due to manual chasing, gemstone setting, and polishing. Final invoice charges are based strictly on exact scale measurement at dispatch.
3. Bespoke & Custom Monogram Commissions
Custom gold crafting commissions (such as engraved mobile covers, personalized family crests, or custom watch dials) require a non-refundable 30% advance deposit. Once hand-engraving or melting commences, custom commissions cannot be cancelled or modified.
4. Insured Armored Transit & Risk Transfer
Ekoo Originals maintains 100% comprehensive transit insurance on all shipments until delivered and signed for by the verified client at the destination address. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon verified delivery confirmation by our courier partner.
5. Applicable Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Law at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
